I 've always been a highly sensitive person so I was very thirsty and passionate about understanding the human mind and self-development.

I've been working on managing all of my overwhelming and almost unbearable feelings by journaling since 2002.

Years later it was fascinating to read the entries and explore my inner world and the changes that occurred over the years. This helped me notice patterns in my life so I could figure out new ways to break the behaviors that held me back.

On my way to explore the human mind and the reasons behind our behavior I:

  •  got an University Diploma in Sociology & Psychology,

  • I went to Acting University and learned how to get in someone else's shoes at the deepest level,

  • I've got a Master degree in Management and learned how to apply the management methods and business approach in any aspects of life in order to help me keep track of my progress, understand better my strengths, weaknesses and most of all, to analyze my plan and adapt it remaining focused on my end-goals.

What I discovered in my own development journey was that the only receipt that worked for me was the one that I created myself, when I was raising from my own ashes; when I accepted that there is no one else but me that can "save me" from where I am; when I was forced to lean on myself, to believe in me and in my abilities, to trust my gut, to trust my instincts and my power to recognize what it's best for me at a certain moment, no matter what others might say.

I fell in love with coaching from the first contact. I just knew that this is the profession that I was looking for even If I had no Idea, it even existed.

My love for people and the human behavior, my creative background as an actress on stage, my management studies, my years of inner exploration and self-development, my entire work of trying to understand myself and others, seemed to emerge into coaching, into that one moment in time when a voice inside me said “this is it!”

What impressed me most about coaching was the ability to help without giving advice and help people while empowering them with that wonderful feeling of clarity and determination to get things done.

If you want to find out more about my journey as an HSP and Coach, you can now read my complete story in my book SEARCHING FOR PURPOSE - Confessions of a highly sensitive person.

Reading the book gives you also the chance to find out if I am the coach that you've been looking for :)
